Use Case
Royal Navy: XV Excalibur
Infleqtion and MSubs integrated Tiqker as the first external payload on the Royal Navy’s autonomous submarine and demonstrated optical timing at sea.
Decision advantage for ISR, strategic defense, and resilient missions worldwide.
Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) and strategic defense missions depend on signals, sensors, and computing that adversaries can’t disrupt. Infleqtion engineers neutral atom quantum systems for defense organizations and mission partners worldwide, across undersea, air, space, land, and infrastructure. Our portfolio combines optical atomic clocks, inertial sensing, quantum RF receivers, neutral atom computing, and quantum software. The result is a path to stronger positioning, navigation, and timing; broader spectrum awareness; improved ISR processing; and advanced computation for complex decisions. Infleqtion technology has operated aboard an autonomous submarine, in flight, on the International Space Station, and across live terrestrial networks.

Infleqtion develops quantum computing, sensing, timing, RF, and AI technologies for missions that require precision, resilience, and faster analysis. Applications include positioning, navigation, and timing when GPS is denied; spectrum awareness and electronic support; secure and synchronized communications; intelligence analysis; logistics and optimization; and space-domain awareness. Solutions are developed for integration into wider defense systems and workflows.
Tiqker provides a stable local timing reference, quantum inertial sensors measure motion without external signals, and Quantum Spectrum helps detect and understand RF activity associated with interference or spoofing. CML can fuse long streams of navigation and sensor data at the edge. Together, these capabilities can strengthen resilient PNT, but they perform distinct functions and must be integrated into a complete navigation architecture.
Quantum Spectrum uses Rydberg atoms to detect RF fields across a broad tunable range from a compact aperture. It can support signal detection, characterization, geolocation, interference monitoring, and electronic support in congested or contested environments. Paired with Infleqtion’s CML, RF data can be prioritized and interpreted for faster, mission-relevant awareness.
Yes. Infleqtion technology has operated in space, and the company has conducted or supported trials in aircraft, vehicles, at sea, across live fiber, and aboard the Royal Navy’s Excalibur submarine testbed. These demonstrations cover different products and maturity levels, so a successful trial should not be read as universal operational deployment or readiness for every mission.
Yes. Infleqtion works with U.S. and allied government organizations, prime contractors, research institutions, and technology partners on product delivery, trials, integration, and applied research. Engagements can span hardware, software, applications, and system co-design. Program requirements, security constraints, export controls, qualification, and deployment timelines are addressed for each engagement. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
