All-to-all Connectivity
All-to-all connectivity is a connectivity pattern in which all qubits are directly connected to all other qubits. In practice, this means that a two-qubit operation can be performed on any pair of qubits without requiring movement or swapping. Although multi-qubit operations can be performed in principle, it’s technically too strong to say that any subset of qubits can be interacted with in practice.
